案例教学法在心内科临床见习带教中的效果探讨
Evaluation of Case-based Learning Model on Cardiovascular Medicine Clinical Probation Period

Abstract
To investigate the teaching effect of case-based learning model in cardiovascular medicine during clinical probation stage. Cardiology clinical probation contents is divided into two parts of cardiovascular system diseases and physical diagnosis of circulation system, the former adopts case-based learning model, another adopts the traditional teaching method. Attitude about CBL、teachers and their own ability were surveyed by the questionnaire. The exam results of two parts was compared. Most students think CBL necessary and approve to open case-based learning, since their logistic ability、self-learning ability、team cooperation ability were enhanced. Comparison of test scores showed CBL improved the performance of comprehensive analysis of the students and help developing clinical thinking ability.关键词
