摘要
Abstract
The serious diseases and mortality are caused by epidemics of seasonal inlfuenza yearly all over the world. Inlfuenza virus infections can significantly increase the burden of disease. The death toll because of influenza virus infections was estimated range from 3349 to 48614 in China in the past 30 years. Most of them were the elderly ( over 90%) with chronic underlying diseases usually. Influenza viruses constitute a grave threat to human health, therefore, the detection and monitoring of inlfuenza viruses and the study of drugs and vaccines have become one of the major problems the governments and the departments of disease control globally increasingly focus on and actively solve. In this article the status and progress in research on inlfuenza viruses and vaccines are introduced.关键词
