Abstract
The present study aims to investigate the knowledge requirements and curriculum setting on nutrition and food hygiene for students who major in preventive medicine, in order to understand the requirements and suggestions of students and to improve the current knowledge system of nutrition and food hygiene, providing the basis for the curriculum of nutrition and food hygiene for undergraduates who majoring in preventive medicine in our school.关键词
