Abstract
Hospital human resource management itself is the management that through the circulation, management and use of talents, and the foundation for achieving sustainable development of hospital. When the hospital develops into a certain scale, management becomes surface forms. Therefore, how to effectively carry on the management idea of managers, how to make the essence of the management penetrate into the details, and how to put the closely linked and endless hospital management culture into reality, thus make hospital developing and growing constantly in the changing social competition, "Ishikawa" and "PDCA" have become important tools for hospital human resource management to realize the strategy of future hospital talent.关键词
