Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the Vinpocetine combined with Yangxueqingnao clinical curative effect and safety of brain granule in the treatment of central ischemic vertigo.Methods From 2013 May to 2014 April treated in our clinic patients with central ischemic vertigo in 60 cases, the use of random data table patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and routine group of two groups(30 cases), both groups were given Vinpocetine 30 mg sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous infusion, 1/d, treatment group Yangxueqingnao granule, 1 bag/time, 3 times/d, warm water. The treatment lasted 15 d. Before and after treatment, symptoms improve the situation, before and after treatment were observed around the vertebral artery and basilar artery mean flow velocity.ResultsEffective rate of 80% of the treatment group, the control group was 50% effective, the treatment group mean rank mean rank greater than the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant; and the treatment group after treatment vertebral basilar artery blood lfow velocity improved signiifcantly compared with the control group,P>0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with Yangxueqingnao effect of brain granule in the treatment of central vertigo exactly, and security.关键词
