牛粪与化肥配施对侧柏根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响
Effect of Cattle Manure Coapplied with Inorganic Fertilizer on Microorganism Population and Enzyme Activtiy in the Rhizosphere Soil of Platycladus Orientalis

Abstract
A pot experiment including four treatments, i.e. CK (neither urea nor cattle manure was applied), CF (100% of nitrogen was provided by urea), CM (100% of nitrogen was provided by cattle manure), and CM+CF (50% and 50% of nitrogen was provided by cattle manure and urea, respectively) was conducted to evaluate the effects of cattle manure coapplied with inorganic fertilizer on root morphological characteristics and microorganism population, enzyme activtiy in the rhizosphere soil of Platycladus orientalis.The results indicated that compared with CF treatment, CM+CF treatment significantly increased the root surface area, specific root surface area, total root length, root tip number and root activity, showing 110.01%, 59.27%and 28.54%increases in root surface area, respectively, in comparison to the treatments of CK, CF and CM. At the same time, the microbial populaton, microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN) in CM+CF treatment was also increased, demonstrating 62.22% and 45.35% increases in MBC and MBN contents compared to the CF treatment, respectively. The microbial biodiversity indices and microbial population had the same variation tendency between CM and CM+CF treatments, while the CK and CF treatments had the opposite variation tendency. In additon, the activity of urea enzyme, catalase enzyme, polyphenol oxidase enzyme and invertase enzyme in CM+CF treatment was still improved, and the increase amplitude of polyphenol oxidase enzyme was the maximum. In contrast to CM+CF treatment, the CM treatment had less effect on the rhizosphere environment of Platycladus orientalis. In conclusion, cattle manure coapplied inorganic fertilizer can be beneficial to increase the number of soil microorganism and enzyme activities, and create a good miroecological environment for the growth of Platycladus orientalis.关键词
