长沙空港口岸旅游包机旅客携带物检疫情况分析

Abstract
This article adopts the method of statistics and summary, and so the research was conducted to analyze luggage carried by passengers on tourist charter flights to find the conditions of inspection and quarantine at Changsha Airport in 2014. The results showed that at Changsha Airport entry and exit, prohibited items carried by passengers on tourist charter flights had the following characteristics:1) the interception rate of passengers on tourist charter flights was higher than that of ordinary passengers, with the inbound interception at a rate of 0.777%V.S. 0.626%of ordinary passengers, with statistically significant chisquare test results;2) the interception rate of plant products was higher than that of animal products;3) the interception rate in autumn and winter seasons was higher than those in spring and summer seasons; 4) compared with that by ordinary passengers, the number of interception carried by passengers on charter flights was more, and the varieties were more concentrated. Thus, according to the characteristics of passengers on the tourist charter flights, two targeted inspection and quarantine measures were put forward hereby so to perfect the notification system and strengthen the supervision of animal and plant quarantine the key flights.关键词
