摘要

Abstract

In the modern integrated manufacturing system,CAD/CAM technology is the coreone,and MasterCAM and Pro/E is mi-raculous in the CAD/CAM software realm without doubt, two systems play an important role in advanced manufacturing enterprise. Its 3D modeling tools Pro/E 4.0 and machining simulation tools MasterCAM X are applied to the design and processing of typical parts, such as body,cover and shel parts in this paper. The output IGES data of the Pro/E is used to design the processing route and MasterCAM X is used to choose tools for rough machining , finishing and so on. Final y, the generated NC codes are used to control actual machine processing.
