Abstract
The artical analyzes and calculates the safety ultimate value of spindle quil and table cross,longitudinal clutches,combi-ning the cutting test and customer feedback of radial mil ing machine X6325T. In the trimmer trimming,the spring pressure value on the safety clutch of the spindle socket is adjusted and when cutting pressure is higher than the pressure,the clutch is disengaged;in the cylindrical cutter trimming,the spring pressure value on the safety clutch of lateral and longitudinal feeder is adjusted,when the cutting force is greater than this value,the safety clutch is disengaged,and stopped to ensure the operator safety.关键词
