摘要

Abstract

Through the study of the working principle of the circular shears and shear mechanism, this paper makes the finite ele-ment analysis by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA,creates the disc shear aluminum finite element model,uses the explicit dynamic mod-ule to make the finite element analysis of shearing process, analyzes the aluminum shear fracture process, knows its stress in the process and change on the strain,the unit stress and strain changes in the fracture zones . It also simulates it and researches on the effects of the process parameters such as the amount of overlap,side gap,strip thickness and shear speed on the aluminum strip shearing quality. These problems are analyzed and studied to improve the shearing quality.
