摘要

Abstract

The thermal analysis module of ANSYS software is used for grinding temperature field simulation analysis through the de-termination of the moving heat source loading method to obtain the temperature field distribution of different load steps and the tem-perature change curve of nodes in different depth,the temperature is higher with being more close to the heat source and the temper-ature rise of artifacts below materials is lower than the workpiece surface.The influence cirele of the main grinding parameters on the grinding zone temperature field is gotten by change the wheel speed,workpiece feed speed and grinding depth,titanium al oy grind-ing existing critical grinding speed is verified.The grinding temperature fal s in a certain interval near the critical grinding speed,so the appropriate grinding speed, high feed speed and low grinding xepth can effectively reduce the grinding temperature.
