基于CCD技术的生产线自动分选系统的研究
Research on Automatic Sorting System for Production Line Based on CCD
摘要
Abstract
According to the principle and error of the production line detection, the on-line mechanical drive system and computer control system are proposed on the basis of CCD technology.And the light source, actuators and control element are analysed and studied.The serial port communication in this system is commonly used communication mode in the in-dustrial control. VB. NET is used to write PC program and the SerialPort class is applied to the implementation and fulfil ment of the communication. According to the control principle of the photoelectric switch and stepper motor, the circuit for the photoelecfric switch is desighed to realize the accurate control. The problems arising from the laboratory prototype test are analyzed and summarized.关键词
