钉/孔摩擦对复合材料机械连接强度的影响研究
Research on Effect of Friction on Strength of Composite Laminate in Bolt Joint
摘要
Abstract
A three-dimensional(3D)finite element model of composite laminates in single bolt joint is built to investigate the effect of friction between bolt and hole on the joint strength. The research result shows that as the friction coefficient increases, the circumfer-ential stresses and radial stresses decrease in each ply. Therefore, tensile and shear strengths of the composite laminate joint are greatly influenced by the friction between the hole and bolt. Within a reasonable range, elevating the friction coefficient can increase the critical load capacity of laminates joint.关键词
