多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染危险因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the risk factors of infection induced by multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter baumannii .Methods Risk factors of infection of multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were assessed by multivariate non -conditional logistic regression analysis .Results The independent risk factors leading to infections of multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter baumannii included hospitalization in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ,using at least two kinds of antibiotic and invasive procedures .Conclusion Risk factors of multidrug -resistant Acinetobacter bau-mannii infection might include hospitalization in ICU ,invasive procedures and treatment of antibiotics ,and reasonable treatment could be very important .关键词
