Analysis of relationship between cTn-I Levels and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between cTn-I levels and prognosis of acute myocardial in-farction patients .Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed .Results The sensitivity of cTn-I was significantly higher than that of CK-MB (P<0 05 .);The heart failure incidence and mortality rates of CTn-I durations>10 d pa-tients were significantly higher than that of patients 7 d ,and 7-10 d(P<0 .05);The time of duration with cTn-I ris-ing in patients of heart failure was significantly longer than that of patients without heart failure (P<0 .05) .Conclu-sion One of independent risk factors of poor prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients is the cTn-I continues to rise and declines slowly ,the doctors should care for patients strengthenly ,and give them timely and effective treat-ment .关键词
