摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) changes in patients with serum osteocalcin factors and related effects ,of osteocalcin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes clinical application value . Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with normal group ,osteoporosis ,osteopenia and osteopo-rosis group ,another 60 healthy elderly control group differences comparison of osteocalcin and the biochemical index and body mass index ,correlation between osteocalcin and the biochemical parameters and body mass index .Results osteocalcin ,bone density decreased in diabetic patients ,the incidence of osteoporosis is higher than those of healthy elderly age;diabetic osteoporosis ,osteopenia group and normal group ,osteoporosis group three group comparison ;os-teocalcin ,bone density ,body mass index ,fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin ,C peptide ,C peptide resist-ance group are statistical difference(P<0 .05);correlation analysis ,positive osteocalcin and body mass index ,C pep-tide ,and fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin and C peptide resistance index is negative ,were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion the inherent link between osteocalcin and the occurrence and progression of type 2 diabetes .关键词
