腹腔镜微创手术在治疗妇科疾病中的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecological diseases .Methods 200 patients were selected from March 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital ,according to different surgical methods ,120 cases were in the experimental group and another 80 patients were in the control group .The control group were using laparotomy ,while the experimental group were selecting arthroscopy .Observed the general conditions in patients and the incidence of postoperative complications after surgery .Results Two groups of patients were no significant difference in operative time (P>0 .05);However ,the volume of blood loss in experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0 .05);And the postoperative gastrointestinal motility recov-ery time and ambulation time was earlier than the control group ,too(P<0 .05);the hospitalization in experimental group was less than the control group(P<0 .05) .The complication rate of experimental group was 3 .33% ,while the rate of control group was 11 .25% ,higher than the experimental group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4 .95 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is less damage to patients ,and the complications is low ,it can be used as a good clinical treatment of gynecological diseases .关键词
