摘要
Abstract
Objective To analy the Malformation rate of Sperm and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagno-sis and treatment .Methods The liquefaction of semen was precipitated ,washed ,slided ,stained ,then the morphologi-cal characteristics of sperm and statisticed deformity rate of sperm was observed and analyzed ;the morphological character analysis of non-sperm-cells were observed and classified .Results 1 265 cases ,was detected In 2012 .131 ca-ses is normal(10 .36% ) ,while ,1 134 cases is abnormal (9 .64% );Malformation rate is 1 023 cases (80 .87% ) ,the number of microscopic examination of round cells increased is to 1063 cases ,accounting for 84 .03% ,the number of Spermatogenic cells increased is to 683 cases (53 .99% ) ,the number of White blood cells increased is to 449 cases (35 .49% ) ,the number of Epithelial cells increased is to 289 cases(22 .85% ) .Conclusion Sediment staining cell a-nalysis is one of the key semen analysis ,Is an important content of semen examination indispensable ,Only the com-prehensive analysis of all parameters ,In order to provide the basis for diagnosis of complete and powerful for the clin-ic to find the cause of infertility ,There is important significance to cure infertility .关键词
