标本血量不足对凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间检测结果的影响
Influence of insufficient blood volume on the detection results of PT,APTT

Abstract
Objective To demonstrate the influence of blood samples volume on the prothrombin time ( PT ) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) results .Methods Fifty eight cases were chosen whose HCT was 20% -55% .After centrifugation ,there was no hemolysis ,lipemia or icterus .According to the proportion of blood and anticoagulant ,samples were divided into 2 groups ,8∶ 1 group and 7∶ 1 group .Then re-extracted sufficient blood(2 .7 mL) for each control group(9 ∶ 1) respectively ,blood samples of these 4 groups were detected PT , APTT .Results The PT results of 8∶ 1 group and the control group was not statistically different ,and the PT re-sults of 7∶1 group and the control group was statistically different .The APTT results of 8∶1 ,and 7∶1 were statis-tically different with the control group .Conclusion The detection of coagulation project PT and APTT′s results were affected by the proportion of blood and anticoagulant .关键词
