摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of simultaneous chemotherapy and three dimensional confor-mal radiation therapy in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer at stage Ⅲ .Methods A total of 120 pa-tients with non-small cell lung cancer at Ⅲ stage ,treated in this hospital from Mar .2011 to Mar .2013 ,were divided into control group ,receiving conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy ,and observation group ,receiving three-di-mensional conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy .Curative efficacy and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups .Results Total control rate ,and levels of troponin detected at radiation therapy of 40 Gy ,at the end of radiotherapy and one month after radiotherapy were with statistical between the two groups (P<0 .05) . Incidence rates of radioactive esophagitis and radioactive pneumonia were without significant differences (P>0 .05) . Conclusion Application of combined chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for the treating of non-small cell lung cancer at Ⅲ stage could improve recent efficacy and avoid myocardial injury ,but might be with a-cute adverse events .关键词
