枸橼酸托瑞米芬治疗管腔上皮型乳腺癌年轻患者的疗效与安全性研究
Study on the effect and safety of toremifene citrate in treatment of type Luminal breast cancer in young patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of toremifene citrate in the treatment of type Lumin-al breast cancer in young patients .Methods One hundred and sixty young patients with type Luminal breast cancer from 2008 January to 2011 December were randomly divided into study group and control group ,80 patients in each group .Patients were treated with local surgery ,radiotherapy ,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy according to the condition of patients .The patients in the study group were treated with toremifene citrate for endocrine therapy ,the patients in the control group were given tamoxifen citrate ,then compared the recurrence ,metastasis ,survival situation and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups .Results The rate of no recurrence/metastasis survival in the study group was significant higher than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference on the rate of recurrence /metastasis survival and mortality between the two groups (P>0 .05) .The rate of distant re-currence in the study group was significant higher than that in the control group(P<0 .05) ,the rate of transfer was significant lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05), no significant difference found on local recurrence rate be-tween the two groups (P>0 .05) .The incidences of adverse reaction in the study group and the control group were 32 .5% (26/80) and 33 .8% (27/80) respectively ,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Toremifene citrate could be used as alternative drug of tamoxifen for type Luninal breast cancer in young patients because of its effect and safety .关键词
