重庆万州地区儿童血清25-羟维生素D水平检测分析
Analysis on the level of Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D in 2 725 children of Wanzhou district in Chongqing

Abstract
Objective To Investigate the levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25-(OH)D] in children ,and provide the basis for analyzing vitamin D nutritional status in Wanzhou district .Methods Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method was used to detect 25-(OH)D in 2 725 children from Wanzhou district of Chongqing .Results Among 2 725 children ,the levels of 25-(OH)D in 992 cases(36 .4% )were good ,864 cases(31 .7% )were normal ,768 cases(28 .2% )were insufficient and 101 cases(3 .7% )were deficiency .There was significant difference on serum level of 25-(OH)D among different age groups(P< 0 .01) ,but there was no significant difference between boys and girls in a certain age groups(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion The deficiency rate of serum 25-(OH)D in Wanzhou district was higher and vitamin D nutritional status was not optimistic .关键词
