Abstract
Objective The efficacy of periodontal tissue regeneration combined orthodontic to periodontitis pa-tients.Methods Fifty cases of periodontitis patients from March 2010 to March 2013 were studied.According to a random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group were used only periodontal tissue regeneration to patients,and the observation group were used periodontal tis-sue regeneration orthodontic surgery combined to patients.After surgery,plaque index,sulcus bleeding index,clinical attachment loss,probing depth and bleeding on probing rate of the patients were analyzed.1-year follow-up survey, the postoperative complications,and periodontal attachment gain,reducing periodontal pocket depth of the two groups were analyzed,alveolar depth added value and the depth of the root bifurcation reduced value were analyzed.Results After the operation,the plaque index,sulcus bleeding index,clinical attachment loss and probing depth in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.01),the bleeding on probing rate(16.9%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(60.0%),the two groups was statistically significant(χ2 =10.271 6,P =0.001 4).Follow-up survey found that the incidence of complications of the two groups were not sig-nificant different(χ2 =0.089 1,P =0.765 3).Periodontal attachment to obtain,periodontal pocket depth reduction, the depth of the alveolar bone increased and the depth of the root furcation reduced value of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01).The beautiful score,gingival health evaluation, the patient′s oral hygiene scores and overall satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05),the two groups were statistically significant(t=2.056 3,P =0.045 2).Conclu-sion The periodontal tissue regeneration combined orthodontic for periodontitis can significantly improve the perio-dontal status of patients,the effect was better than the use of periodontal tissue regeneration.关键词
