摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the infection of anaerobic bacteria in traumatic purulent secretions,improve clinical diagnosis and the cure rate.Methods Isolated pathogenic bacteria under sterile conditions,then cultured with a variety of culture medium,determinate by DL-96 system.Results Thirty one cases anaerobes were detected form 86 cases,the detection rate was 36%.Seventeen cases among them was separate anaerobic infection,the ratio was 19. 8%.Conclusion At present,anaerobes traumatic infection is an important pathogen infection which should be pay more attention on.关键词
