Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value about the combined application of abdominal and vaginal Colour Doppler for early ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.Methods Ultrasound data of 110 cases who were suspected di-agnosis of ectopic pregnancy then confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to December 2012.Results Sixty and four in 110 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by abdominal Colour Doppler,and the result consistent rate was 60%(64/110)compared with surgical pathology diagno-sis.Ninety and five in 110 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by vaginal Colour Doppler,and the result con-sistent rate was 86%(95/110)compared with surgical pathology diagnosis.106 in 110 cases were diagnosed as ectop-ic pregnancy by abdominal and vaginal Colour Doppler,and the result consistent rate was 96%(106/110)compared with surgical pathology diagnosis.Conclusion For patients suspected to have ectopic pregnancy,abdominal Colour Doppler examination should be combined with vaginal Colour Doppler,the combined application is an effective method for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,it is important to carry the clinical treatment immediately.关键词
