摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with hemodialysis(HD)on the patients with intractable skin pruritus of uremia.Methods A total of 63 patients with maintenance dialysis ure-mia were enrolled as research objects from June 2012 to February 2014,all patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were 33 cases in the observation group who treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis;There were 30 case in the control group who treated with conventional hemodialysis.Recorded and analyzed the two groups with improvement of quality of life and clinical effect.Results β2-MG and PTH of the patients in observation group dropped to 47.6 ± 48.5,665.6±586.6 after treatment respectively;Before and after treatment with signifi-cant difference(P <0.05);Itchy skin remission rate was 90.9%.β2-MG and PTH of the patients in control group dropped to 53.6 ±49.3,49.3± 642.0 after treatment respectively;There was significant difference before and after treatment(P <0.05),the skin itch relief rate was 33.3%.The symptoms of observation group improved significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion The hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for treating intrac-table skin pruritus of uremia can get better to clear theβ2-MG and PTH of patients′body,alleviate symptoms of itchy skin,improve the patient′s quality of life,it is one of the effective means to treat itchy skin of uremia and is worthy of popularizing as clinical application.关键词
