幽门螺杆菌感染与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of helicobacter pylori (Hp)infection and T2DM accompan-ying with Coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with T2DM were chose and di-vided into T2DM group (69 cases)and T2DM with CHD group (T2DM+CHD)(51 cases),another 60 health peo-ple were chose to be control group.detect serum Hp-IgG antibody by colloidal gold method,a statistical comparison used to analyze the result.Results The positive rate of Hp-IgG(+)antibody among 120 T2DM patients (49.17%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(31.67%)(P <0.01),The positive rate of Hp-IgG(+)anti-body of the T2DM+CHD group(64.71%)was significantly higher than that of T2DM group(36.23%,P <0.01) and that of the control group(P <0.01).The positive rate of Hp-IgG(+)antibody of the combination of T2DM Hp infection and CHD group(55.93%)was significantly higher than that of the Hp infection group(29.51%,P <0.01).The positive rate of Hp-IgG(+)antibody ofT2DM with CHD group was significantly associated with Hp in-fection(r=0.203,t=2.715,P <0.01).Conclusion T2DM accompanying with CHD was associated with Hp infec-tion,removing or preventing Hp infection might be one of the strategies to prevent and treat of T2DM accompanying with CHD.关键词
