摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibi‐tory factor (MIF) ,CD74 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the urothelial cell carcinoma of bladder . Methods The expressions of MIF ,CD74 and VEGF in 80 samples of urothelial cell carcinoma bladder tissues and 15 samples of normal bladder tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method ,and the relationships between these indicators with clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed .Results The expressions of MIF , CD74 and VEGF in the bladder urothelial cell carcinoma tissues elevated significantly compared with those of the nor‐mal bladder tissues ,the differences were significant (P< 0 .05) .The expressions of MIF ,CD74 and VEGF in the tumor cell plasma were positively related with the histological classification ,pathological grade and clinical stages (P<0 .05) .The correlation analysis showed that the expression of MIF was positively related with CD 74 and VEGF in the bladder urothelial cell carcinoma tissues (r=0 .839;r=0 .753 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion MIF might interact with CD74 to upregulate the expression of VEGF ,promote the angiogenesis and involved in the tumor development and progression ,MIF might be an effective molecular target in the treatment of urothelial cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder .
