内镜治疗在老年急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎中的疗效

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of emergency endoscopic treatment in elderly patients with a‐cute obstructive suppurative cholangitis(AOSC) .Methods 73 patients with AOSC were chosen and divided into two groups .The observation group (37 cases) was treated with emergency endoscopic treatment ,while the control group (36 cases) was treated with emergency laparotomy .The curative effect ,change of biochemical indicators and compli‐cations were compared between the two groups .Results The abdominal pain relief time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in the observation group were (3 .2 ± 1 .3) h and (4 .8 ± 1 .7) h ,which were significantly lower than (5 .4 ± 1 .6) h and (6 .4 ± 2 .0) h in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The levels of WBC ,ALT and TBil after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con‐trol group with statistical difference (P<0 .05) .The total occurrence rates of postoperative infection and complica‐tions in the observation group were 2 .7% and 16 .2% respectively ,which were significantly lower than 16 .7% and 36 .1% in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The emergency en‐doscopic treatment in AOSC is safe ,effective ,simple to operate ,has less complications ,can improve the survival rate and living quality and is worthy of promotion in clinic .关键词
