子痫前期患者血清微小 RNAs 的差异表达研究
Study on the differential expression of microRNAs in the preeclampsia serum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the differential expression of serum microRNAs in preeclampsia(PE) patients so as to find some serum biomarkers related to PE .Methods Ten microRNAs were selected according to their repor‐ted differential expression in PE placenta .30 PE patients and 30 normal pregnacy were recruited in the study .The ex‐pression of these 10 microRNAs in serum from the differnt trimesters were determined by SYBR Green quantitive re‐verse transcription‐PCR(qRT‐PCR) .Results Compared with control ,the expression of miR‐152 ,miR‐183 ,miR‐210 were higher in both second and third trimester ,the expression of miR‐182 was only higher in third trimester .While the expression of 6 miRNAs were downregulated in PE plancenta ,namely miR‐1 ,miR‐328 ,miR‐363 ,miR‐377 ,miR‐500 ,miR‐584 ,showed no significant difference between PE patients and normal pregnacy throughout the three tri‐mesters .Conclusion The expression of serum miR‐152 ,miR‐183 ,miR‐210 elevated since the second trimester ,indi‐cating their potential role as serum biomarkers for forcasting PE .关键词
