摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the consistence between PRIMUS-PDQ Plus bedside detector and BIO-RAD D10 analyzer for detecting HbA1c.Methods The method comparison and bias estimation were performed by u-sing patient samples according to the document EP9-A2 of NCCLS.Results The regression equation of HbA1c was Y =0.970 2X +0.274 7 and the correlation coefficient r=0.996 5,the bias of medical decision level was less than the requirement of external quality assessment in the American Society of Clinical Pathologists(ASCP).Conclusion The PRIMUS-PDQ Plus bedside detector and BIO-RAD D10 analyzer possess better consistence.The two equipments have no difference in the detection results,which can meet the goal of clinical diagnosis,treatment and diabetes moni-toring.关键词
