摘要
Abstract
Welfare state and the welfare level directly determine the choice of the elderly dwel ing policy guidance. This paper linked necessary contact between policy guidance and construction practice. According to the different roles of government and market, the elderly dwel ing policies guidance of major countries and regions in the world were classified. On this basis, a deep research was made on the issues concerning Chinese coordinating policy and law system. Combined with the reality and the national development strategy, the cor esponding policy guidance was rational oriented and pertinence suggestions were of ered.关键词
