Abstract
In the environment of many people, rural housing land supply in Zhejiang province,but the coresponding land approval system have many problems. In this paper, through the investigation and interviews, summed up in the approval of the actual problem, based on the relevant theory of institutional economics, to analyze the causes of the problem and put forward the coresponding solution strategy, so as to improve the housing land approval procedures, promote the development of new rural communities.关键词
