南京民国建筑适应性改造设计方法初探
A preliminary study on adaptive reconstruction design methods for nanjing buildings in the period of the Republic of China
摘要
Abstract
As one of the most important part of the image of Nanjing city, buildings in the period of the Republic of China startet to become ageing and unsuitable for the new function. How to reconstruct them is a more positive way than just repairation. So, we first need to assess them through economy way, technical way and using way, and then start to reconstruction design. We forward some strategiesin the way of spacement, structure and building skin, and then propose the internal constraint.关键词
