Under the background of the new urbanization, the regional culture and characteristics get more and more atention, scientific urbanization with resources, environment, history and culture is becoming an important trend in local planning and development. Through the introduction of the overal design of Yinjiang Town in Ningbo, the paper wants to explore a kind of development way that combines the scientific urbanization with the local resources, environment, history and culture, and highlights its local culture and the characteristics. And also realises the local industrial transformation and optimization, which are the rural development strategies based on the environment and the spirit of place.
