某难选铜锌硫化矿浮选分离工艺优化研究与实践
Optimization Study and the Practice on Flotation Separation Technology of Refractory sulphide Cu-Zn Ore
摘要
Abstract
A copper-zinc sulphide ore in Henan Province contains 0.60% Cu,3.30% Zn and 11 .20%S,since the original production process is not reasonable , qualified copper and zinc con-centrate are not produced .Therefore , according to the characteristics of the ore ,optimization study on the flotation technology of it was carried out and the industrial test was also made .The benefici-ation process were optimized and the reagent addition was improved to get better flotation index .In the industrial test , a copper concentrate and a zinc concentrate were both obtained .The grade of the copper concentrate is 20 .33%with a recovery of 83 .85%, and the grade of the zinc concen-trate is 44 .88%with a recovery of 85 .03%.关键词
