某钙基膨润土制活性白土和有机膨润土试验研究
Study on Preparation of Activated Bleaching Clay and Organic Bentonite for Calcium Bentonite
摘要
Abstract
A bentonite in Liaoning Province is high quality calcium -group bentonite , main compo-nent is montmoronite and impurity content is low .Taking bentonite clay as raw material , the activa-tion, organification and other experiments were carried about .The high quality activated bleaching clay was made of bentonites on the condition of acidity 20%, activation time over 4h.The decolo-ring ratio can reach 99 .3%.The excellent organic bentonite preparation was fulfilled under the con-dition of temperature 60℃, slurry concentration 5%, organising time 1hour and dosage of covering agent 35%by using appropriate flowsheet .The colloid ratio can reach 98%and the apparent vis-cosity can reach 8.75 mPa・ S in the 0#diesel oil.关键词
