On the Internal Logicality between the Regional Ethnic Autonomy and the Management of National Affairs
摘要
Abstract
The management system of national affairs reflects the national governance in its national af-fairs.There exists some internal logicality between the regional ethnic autonomy and the management of national affairs.The formation of the regional national autonomy is the precondition of national affairs management , and the regional ethnic autonomy has been established as the basic political system , also the basis of the formation of the management of national affairs system .In the new century , the key to promote the modernization of the management system of national affairs is to uphold and develop the sys -tem of regional ethnic autonomy .关键词
