Project Evaluation Method and Empirical Research Based on Standard Scores
摘要
Abstract
Project management is an important part of academic research management in university. It is a long-standing goal for academic research managers to evaluate projects scientifically, objectively, accurately and to change the ambiguous state of academic research management. This paper explores a new method of data processing by evaluating projects from Tianjin University of Sport. The research shows that the method of combining raw scores with standard scores was conducive to eliminate expert factor and scientific management of projects, so as to enhance the management level of academic research department.关键词
