Abstract
Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, an important industrial organization form domes-tic and overseas, is a new way to accelerate the transformation of technological achievements and technology transfer. In terms of the reasons for the support of the government, the different supporting methods, the existing problems and the countermeasures, this paper combed relative domestic literature and puts forward corresponding conclusions.关键词
