摘要

Abstract

In recent years, high employee turnover rate has become a serious problem facing human resources management in domestic enterprises, which causes high replacement cost. Therefore, employee turnover behavior has attracted great attention of the academic circle, and the existing researches were mainly on the influencing factors of employee turnover intention and turnover model, etc. This paper summarizes previous researches on staff turnove r, and comes to a conclusion that further researches should concentrate on the following three aspects:First, Bring in Chinese-style variables and build a turnover model with native characters;Second,Use the structural equation model, historical events law, rule extraction method or other methods to make greater efforts in the quantification research;Third,Study on employee turnover behavior based on industries, and refine the research object.
