摘要
Abstract
In response to serious water pollution in China, the GIS technology and computer technology are used to scientifically and effectively manage the water resources. This paper discusses the general idea of the estab-lishment of water resource management information system by using ArcGIS as the development platform, C/S mode and C # as the development language, and elaborates function design and data design of the system which will improve the efficiency of the management when completed.关键词
