摘要
Abstract
Based on the typical 220 kv substation as the research object, the paper systematically researches the protection configuration scheme for the 220 kv substation of 10 kv side load relay , solves the major issues of selectivity and quick action of the protection of lateral loading operation. The paper puts forward to use simple 10 kv busbar protection which overcomes the defect of traditional fully differential protection, solves the problem of the low voltage busbar fault without quick action to protect, and can effectively prevent influences of 10 kv system fault on 220 kv power grid, which may cause a large scale of power failure. This proposal guarantees a safe and stable operation of the 220 kv substation with 10 kv lateral load.关键词
