Abstract
From the introduction of social network embeddedness perspective and a cognitive perspective, this paper discusses the law of collaborative innovation in knowledge sharing among virtual team in small and micro enterprises. From its characteristics, the paper analyzes the influencing factors under the social network embedded-ness perspective cognitive dimension, and on this basis constructs a model and an empirical study.关键词
