Study on Readers' Satisfaction in University Libraries - Taking Jiangxi Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract
In order to understand the readers' satisfaction of university library services, the author takes the li-brary of Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example to investigate the reader satisfaction and puts forward corre-sponding countermeasures. The results of the statistical analysis show that the readers are basically satisfied with the quantity and quality of books, library resources, information retrieval, library staff and resource construction. We analyze the factors which influence the readers' satisfaction, and put forward four countermeasures, namely, good retrieval platform construction, increasing publicity and training, improving the service for readers' awareness and quality, guiding the readers to make full use of the university library alliance.关键词
