Profitability Analysis of Real Estate Listed Companies Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
By taking 44 listed real estate companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai as samples, with their financial data in 2012 as the research object, the paper conducts a descriptive analysis and regression analysis to study the profitability of the listed real estate companies. Results show that the overall profitability of China's real estate list-ed companies is relatively good.关键词
