Abstract
The establishment of the growth enterprise market (GEM) is an important part of perfecting the fi-nancial system in China and what concerns the investors and managers most is the company's growth. According to the observations of the first ten companies' core competitiveness, this paper, by reviewing related articles, studies the growth evaluation of the growth enterprise market. Again, this paper gives a definition of the growth enterprise market's growth factors from four aspects: financial performance, personnel, technology innovation, and market prospect. In the same time, it establishes an index evaluation system, including 12 three-level indexes, such as the net profit rate index, return on assets index, net profit growth index and the like.关键词
