摘要

Abstract

Existing throttle regulation is not accurate and cannot be easily adjusted. By using giant magne-tostrictive material (GMM) production precision throttle valve, aiming to solve the problem of accuracy, we put forward a GMM based design of the throttle valve. The valve, with giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) as pow-er parts, valve core as actuators, controls traffic by controlling the clearance between the oil outlet and the valve core, and controls the size of the gap by controlling the time, thus to achieve the precision of the throttle valve control.
