Discussion of Open Access of Information Resources in the Internet Age
摘要
Abstract
Information technology (IT) promotes the development of society, and the widely application of network brings about changes to information storage and mode of promotion. Under the network environment, in order to promote free use of resources, the open access movement has been carried out abroad, which is the trans-formation of traditional publishing methods and information acquisition way, and promotes the vigorous develop-ment of scientific research. In open access, resources have a variety of forms, and the use and communication of resources is very convenient. Authors choose to pay or not when submitting papers, while readers are completely free to access to the resources.关键词
