Abstract
Load forecasting, as a basic work in power network planning, is an important basis for the develop-ment of electricity planning, and its accuracy directly affects the rationality and feasibility of network planning. Load forecasting requires a strong scientific basis, and needs a lot of scientific data which reflect the objective laws. It adopts scientific methods conforming to the law of development, which has an important significance to guarantee the quality of power network planning and to improve the power supply reliability.关键词
